WAGA Wellness offers a five-day structured nutritional program ("the Program") delivered to eligible addresses in the New York Tri-State Area. The Program is a food-based lifestyle support service and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

To place an order you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Reside at a delivery address within our eligible service area
• Provide accurate personal and health information during onboarding

WAGA Wellness reserves the right to decline or cancel any reservation at its discretion, including where health information suggests the Program may not be appropriate for a particular individual.

All orders are subject to availability. Submitting a reservation does not guarantee a confirmed spot — your reservation is confirmed only after our team reviews your health profile and payment is successfully processed.

The program price is displayed at checkout and is inclusive of all deliveries for the five-day period. Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. We accept major credit and debit cards.

Delivery is made daily for the five days of your program to the address provided at checkout. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive deliveries, or that adequate instructions are provided. WAGA Wellness is not responsible for items that are left unattended at your request.

Delivery windows and logistics will be communicated by email prior to your program start date.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your program start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable, as program preparation will have already begun.

If WAGA Wellness is unable to fulfill your order for any reason on our end, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 business days.

The Program is a food-based nutritional reset designed for healthy adults. It is not a medical treatment. You should consult your physician before beginning any dietary program, particularly if you have a pre-existing health condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are taking prescription medication.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions in the health profile step of the order form. WAGA Wellness is not liable for adverse effects resulting from undisclosed health information.

All content on this website — including text, images, recipes, and program materials — is the property of WAGA Wellness and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WAGA Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply to that order. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
